Confirm before we proceed
You see the price and the scope up front. Nothing extra happens without your sign-off — variations are agreed in writing, not assumed.
Staged communication
You know what stage the job is at. Hold points are checked and released properly before we move to the next stage of work.
Compliance, handled
Where a job is notifiable work or needs a permit, we manage the Form 4 or approval as part of the job — not an afterthought.
Clean handover
Site left tidy, work tested, and documentation on file — so there's a clean record if you ever need it again.
Still here after
Workmanship warranty on what we do, and a real person to call if something's not right.
