Residential, commercial and real-estate plumbing across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and South East Queensland — minus roof plumbing and civil work. Open each service below for how we approach it.
We run renovation plumbing as clean stages — disconnect and demolition, scan and cut, rough-in, then fit-off — coordinated around your builder's timeline rather than working in isolation. Before anything gets sheeted or tiled over, we walk the rough-in through with you or your builder so nothing gets buried that shouldn't be.
For pipework, our default is Auspex in the walls (red for hot, black for cold) and copper wherever it's exposed — it's reliable, well-supported and holds up in Queensland conditions. For fixtures we typically work with well-known brands trusted by everyone. That said, if you or your builder have a specific brand, finish or fixture already selected, we're glad to install to that instead, subject to it meeting compliance.
Our standard replacement is an Everhot 250L unit, backed by 12 months parts and labour and 10 years on the cylinder. We always include a tempering valve and new pipework, plus a safe tray with leak detection when the unit is installed inside the house.
If you'd prefer a particular brand or model — or your builder's spec calls for one — we'll work to that instead, as long as it's compliant and suited to the site's demand.
Professionally designed and installed drainage and stormwater solutions built for Queensland conditions — from replacing old, failing clay lines to running new lines for new builds and renovations, through to full stormwater system design.
Replacing old clay lines: ageing clay drainage is prone to root intrusion, cracking and misaligned joints. We replace failing sections with modern PVC, matching the line into the existing system properly rather than a patch job.
New lines for new builds & renovations: sanitary drainage and stormwater lines run and connected as part of a new build or renovation, sized and laid out to the site's actual falls and connection points.
Stormwater systems for heavy weather: new or upgraded stormwater systems — pits, channel grates and connections — designed to actually keep up during a heavy storm, not just meet the minimum.
Pumped stormwater discharge: where a site can't gravity-drain to the point of discharge, we design and install pumped stormwater systems to lift water up to a higher discharge point.
New and repaired drainage lines, pits and channel grates, plus stormwater connections and site reinstatement. Typical mains run 100mm or 150mm with 90mm downpipes, and we use 300mm or 450mm pits fitted with heelguard grates — stepping up to 316L stainless channel where the site calls for it.
Where a line needs to be exposed, we cut and reinstate concrete to a standard 120mm slab allowance unless site information tells us otherwise, and backfill with on-site spoil as standard — imported fill is available if you'd prefer it, priced as part of the quote. See CCTV & jetting below for how we inspect a line before recommending work on it.
A blocked or ageing drain doesn't have to stay a mystery. We run a camera through the line to record its true condition — cracks, root intrusion, misaligned joints and collapsed or offset sections — so any recommendation we make is based on what we actually saw, not a guess. Where the line is genuinely blocked, high-pressure jetting clears it first so the camera can get a clean, accurate read of the pipe behind it.
Our standard quote covers up to six hours of jetting and camera inspection combined. If a job turns out to need more time than that, we'll let you know before continuing rather than just running the clock — extra time is agreed with you first as a variation. Where we need to get through a slab or wall to reach a line, that's a straightforward job for our concrete cutters and core-drilling gear, confirmed as part of the quote. Special access equipment, if the site needs it, is also confirmed at quoting stage.
Water leaks aren't always obvious — a rising water bill, a damp patch, or a musty smell is often the only clue. Rather than guessing, we use whichever method suits the situation to track down the actual source. A pressure test on the house checks whether the system is holding pressure the way it should, and helps isolate roughly where it's dropping if it isn't. A shower breach test checks whether a shower recess is genuinely watertight, which is often the real culprit behind a "mystery" leak in an adjoining room. And a thermal camera can pick up temperature differences in walls and floors that point to a hidden leak behind the surface, without needing to open anything up first.
A tempering valve (TMV) blends hot and cold water to deliver a safe, consistent outlet temperature and protect against scalding. They're required in settings like aged care, healthcare, childcare and schools, and need regular testing to confirm they're still holding that safe temperature as components wear — typically annually, though high-risk healthcare settings are often tested more frequently.
An RPZ (reduced pressure zone) valve is a backflow prevention device that stops contaminated water from flowing back into the drinking water supply, protecting the wider water network from cross-contamination. Water authorities generally require these to be tested when first installed and then annually to stay compliant — we'd recommend confirming the exact interval your local authority requires for your site.
We work across commercial and industrial sites — amenities blocks, schools, shopping centres and industrial facilities — delivering the plumbing work those buildings need, on their timelines and around their compliance requirements.
Amenities blocks and fit-outs are staged around the builder's program rather than treated as a standalone job — existing services isolated and capped first, then fixtures installed to match the set-out as the fit-out progresses.
Timelines for occupied or operating sites — schools, shopping centres, industrial facilities — often mean working after-hours or in scheduled windows rather than during normal trading, planned around the site's own schedule so it doesn't disrupt what's running.
Compliance requirements vary by building type: accessible/ambulant fixtures where the design calls for them, backflow prevention, TMV and trade waste considerations. We confirm what applies to the specific site as part of scoping the job, and handle the documentation that comes with it.
Plumbing condition reports for property purchase, insurance claims and property managers. We keep observations, testing performed, findings and recommendations clearly separated in every report, so it's obvious what was actually seen versus what we'd recommend investigating further. Inspections are visual and non-invasive unless the scope specifically includes opening something up.
We support property managers looking after rental properties — general maintenance, repairs, and a prompt response when a tenant reports an issue. We're not a property manager ourselves, just the plumbing partner you can rely on to turn jobs around properly and keep you in the loop the whole way through.
Through our Property Manager Portal, you can submit a maintenance request and get an indicative cost to give you a quick sense of the job before committing — always subject to our review and site conditions, never an automatically binding quote.
Buyers agents: give your client peace of mind before they commit, with a detailed plumbing inspection report on the property they're buying — condition of fixtures, hot water system, and drainage, including CCTV camera inspection where it's warranted. A clear picture of what they're actually buying, not just what's visible on a walkthrough.
We work directly with builders across renovations, new builds and commercial fit-outs — staging our plumbing work to match your trade sequence and keeping you informed the moment something on site changes the scope. Whether it's a single renovation or a multi-stage commercial job, we're used to working as part of a builder's team, not off in isolation.
Residential, commercial, property managers & buyers agents
We support property managers looking after rental properties — not as a property manager ourselves, but as the plumbing partner they can rely on for maintenance, reporting and clear costs. For buyers agents, we provide the detailed plumbing report that gives your client confidence in what they're buying.
